Delivery options
Standard Delivery
UK shipping only.
We ship all items using Royal Mail Standard 1st Class.
Shipping is free for orders over £60, or £5.55 for baskets below this amount.
For made-to-order items such as embroidery, please allow up to three weeks for production.
Local Collection
If you would rather pick up your order from our studio, you can do so for free.
After selecting this option, you will be notified as soon as your order is ready
A collection time can then be arranged (generally Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm)
Where's my order?
Made-to-order items such as embroidery can take up to three weeks for production.
If you have waited longer then you think you should have, please email shop@people-like-us.co.uk
Do you accept returns?
All orders of embroidered items are made-to-order and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty.
Please be careful to read our size guide when ordering, we only accept returns on non-embroidered/custom items as long as they are in new and unused condition.
You will be responsible for any postage costs to return the item.
If you need to make a return please contact shop@people-like-us.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

There's a problem with my order
We're really sorry to hear that.
If you've not received your items, or there is something wrong with your order, please email shop@people-like-us.co.uk with your reference number and the issue.
(Don't forget to allow up to two weeks production time for made-to-order items such as embroidery)
